Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Juliette Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
- 3/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- Brut Champagne
Preparation
- Combine Juliette, dry vermouth, lemon juice and bitters with ice and shake until cold.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with Champagne.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
