DISTILLERY SERIES mini whiskey aging barrels are handcrafted from new american oak staves, air dried for 18-24 months to ensure maximum flavor. Each barrel interior has a medium char, with no varnish applied to the exterior for optimal aging and oxidation.
ACCELERATED AGING: Cure your 1L barrel following the instructions included, then simply pour in your favorite alcohol and Age to Taste! Charred mini barrels are ideal for whisky, mead, wine and more.
PERFECT BARREL AGED COCKTAILS – Extract natural flavors from the 1 liter oak barrel charred interior (vanilla and sweet spices) and infuse into a classic cocktail: the Negroni, Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Martini or Whiskey Sour.
MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS – Fits any kitchen or bar countertop – use as a dispenser for wine, cider, beer, mead or kombucha. A small wooden bourbon barrel decanter / whisky cask can be re-used for many years and makes for great home decor.
